My brothers and I live across the country from my sister, who lives in Memphis and is terminally ill. My niece was exploiting her mother financially to the point of bankruptcy. Within ten days of our call, the necessary documents were completed, requiring only one trip to Memphis to sign papers and assume power of attorney. I contacted attorney Frank Jackson in December of 2010 to prepare a Power of Attorney document for someone who was ill and was being taking advantage of. After explaining the situation to him, he drew-up the legal documents. Even though I did not have the money at the time attorney Jackson agreed to do it pro bono. Whenever I called if he was in court or with another client, before the day was over he would return my call. If I had a question or needed advice he was more than ready to help.
Mr. Jackson was very attentive to my business requirements from the very first discussion with him. I'm in the funds recovery business and needed an attorney who could quickly take my Tennessee clients' claims to the courts for obtaining disbursement of their excess proceeds & other unclaimed funds that rightfully belong to them. Most importantly is his continual communication with me regarding the progression of the claims - an attorney who this is quick & proactive is rare indeed.
