I worked with Michael Dujovne on a private real estate transaction and was extremely pleased with the way things were handled. David Volk graciously took over my lawsuit after my complex mixed results trial. He and his staff have been very professional and came up to speed quickly on my litigation issues which have been ongoing for 2 1/2 years. He is very knowledgeable about contract law and the post trial issues in getting to final judgment, which has not yet occurred. He listens very well and is willing to accept input from me for use in my defense. He successfully defeated a motion by the other side to try to re-instate a past discharged pre-foreclosure lien on our home. He and his law firm appear to be providing a strong defense for me but without excessive billing. I am very pleased and grateful to hove found and hired Volk Law.

Mike Dujovne was not helpful at all. He was not a fighter, half heartedly giving us template answers.
Did NOT hire firm. Office is communicative prior to receiving payment for consultation. Mike Dujovne was not a fighter, gave template answers offering no real solutions. The administrative staff were more tenacious than he was, especially when it comes to collecting consultation fee.
