Hired Attorney Timi Tucker

Timi went above and beyond in my case! She was always quick to respond and explain anything I didn’t understand. Timi was very straight forward with me and did not waste any time. I honestly wish I had found her sooner- she resolved my 9 year tedious and draining custody battle within just a little over a year. I couldn’t be any happier with her service! Timi Tucker is simply amazing. She genuinely cares about her clients. Both Timi and Terri are extremely kind, competent and will make sure you feel supported and protected throughout the whole process. I have successfully divorced today, and I couldn't be more thankful for having Timi represent me. Divorce is hard, and having someone that really listens to your concerns and aggressively fights for your interests is priceless. She is so good, I'm almost looking forward to my next divorce ='D. I definitely recommend her.

Hired Attorney Timi Tucker

I interviewed several other lawyers that seemed to be simply out for a paycheck or wanted to litigate into infinity to max out their fees. Timi was understanding of the delicate nature of a divorce, but also the need to get the best outcome for her client (me). Thanks to covid and a ex determined to drag out the process, it took a bit longer to execute the divorce than desired. Timi cracked the whip often on the ex's legal counsel. A few times early on I thought I may have made a mistake. It seemed that we were getting kind of steam-rolled by the opposing counsel. However.....this was most likely at proven tactic. When the time came.....Timi lowered the boom and rolled up her opposition. Timi has the ability to call the opposition a f***ing idiot politely and professionally and solicit a "Thank you" in response. I don't think there's an attorney around that could have gotten a better deal for me and my children.

At the start of my Paternity case, I did not know what to do or what to expect. Timi Tucker guided me through the process, answered all my questions and concerns and kept the case on track. She was professional and caring all the way through the process. Near the end of the case Ms. Tucker was immediately prepared to go to trial when the mediation agreement we thought we had with the other party looked like it was going to be rejected. Thankfully, Ms. Tucker got the mediation agreement back on track. Timi Tucker doesn't shy away from conflict, she finds the best solution for her clients and wins!

Hired Attorney Timi Tucker

In a stressful family situation, we hired Timi and her team. Compassionate is exactly how I would describe them all. She took her time with me and my case. The communication from them is spot on. There are no lapses of time spent waiting for answers. She is, hands down, a 5 plus star family attorney. She went beyond what I expected to fight for our case. She is thorough, and takes her time. Hired Law Firm

ike most people going through a divorce I tried to keep the cost under control and hired a “low cost” attorney and what I got was someone who was more interested in giving my wife what she wanted and settling the case. She actually made my situation worse. I then researched lawyers in Brevard. I was impressed with Ms. Tucker’s reviews. She was the only lawyer with only perfect ratings. When I met with her I realized why. She is knowledgeable, flexible, kind and tough as nails. I was involved in a high conflict divorce which was difficult from a legal and emotional perspective. Timi was there every step of the way. She was always prompt with returning calls, e-mails and texts. My wife’s attorney was rude and disrespectful. She threw everything but the kitchen sink at us. Timi never blinked. She was always professional and stayed on course. Timi handled my case as if I was her family member. I will always be grateful for her giving me back my life.

I wish I could give her 10 stars! Mrs. Tucker is compassionate, efficient, and was truly invested in my case. She consistently advocated for me and my children, and went above and beyond any expectation I had. I do not believe I would of had the same outcome without her by my families side. Mrs. Tucker is knowledgeable, honest, reassuring, and was able to expedite my case. Legal terminology was new to me and she was always took the time to explain things to me. I cant thank her enough! If you need a lawyer, search no farther. I guarantee you wont find a better one!
