Timi Deann Tucker

After my initial consultation, there was no question that I wanted to retain the services of Ms. Timi Tucker in an upcoming hearing. I have never needed the services of an attorney previously but definitely made the right decision hiring Ms. Tucker. Throughout the entire process, Timi guided me with knowledge based upon years of experience. She was very well versed in the laws affecting my case. During the discovery phase, she exhibited that she is an excellent listener and gained all of the pertinent facts. With all of the facts in hand, and her knowledge of the law, she quickly and thoroughly built my case for the upcoming hearing. On the day of the hearing, she proved how assertive she can be, while also keeping me calm in what was definitely a stressful situation. Timi was very thorough and proceeded to dismantle the other party’s case piece by piece and proved my case without a doubt. The case ended in my favor.

I can't give enough stars to Timi Tucker as a family law attorney. Timi is a rare breed of attorney who listens and cares. Timi is extremely bold and brave and willing to go all-in for her client and truly understands the importance of looking out for the best interest of children in custody disputes. In my experience with family law attorney's, this is rare. She's extremely intelligent, understands all aspect of the law and local climate of the judges and others in the system. She is detail oriented, takes many notes, and it's evident that she studies and thinks about your conversations before coming to conclusions or offering advice.

I would like to start out by saying that there are a lot of attorneys with five star ratings but they are not five star attorneys. Timi is a five-star attorney. If I could give her 10 Stars I would. Her office is a reflection of her. Terry that runs the office is so kind and totally on top of her job. My mom's case was so difficult and involved that it required someone with superior skills to comprehend it. The mounds of paperwork involved in this case would have scared away a lot of attorneys. But not Timi. She is a Class Act, all the while being completely tenacious and never losing sight of her goal. Many times we were in very stressful situations and she never once lost her cool and never backed down. Timi is a beautiful person inside and out, but don't let that fool you, because she is tough as nails. If our family ever needs an attorney again we will call Timi. And if you need an attorney I highly recommend her. You won't be sorry.
