I called this office because of the reviews, turns out I'm not having the experience everyone else has had. I contacted them to represent me with my 1st DUI charge, my 1st "anything" charge as I am a retired Firefighter that honestly has never gotten into any legal matter. My 1st court hearing was virtual. The office advised me that all I would say is not guilty. That was the extent of my "preparation" for this. The day of the hearing, a woman appears (an hr late) introduced herself as my attorney, said she wasn't informed of the information of my case, what? Then, I was given another virtual date, was contacted via mail that it has been changed to an in person hearing. Ok, again, no contact to prepare me as to what to expect or say. That day ANOTHER attorney shows up. Really nice person but I felt so dismissed by the whole process. Still charged, placed an Intoxalock system, wasted a day at DMV to place a restriction on my license, to be told I have the wrong paperwork! Waste of $$!
