The Draper Law Firm PC is a law firm established in 2008 with an office in McKinney, TX. At this office location, there is 1 lawyer practicing divorce, child custody, child support and 15 other areas of law.
Ms Draper raised the bar for all attorneys that I interview and hire. She is genuine in that she really cares about you and your case and will fight for your best interest. If and when I have to hire another attorney Ms Draper is the only choice.
Fathers Beware: More Focused on Fees Than Advocacy. Custody cases are a marathon, not a sprint — something to keep in mind when large retainers are requested and billing transparency becomes questionable. My experience with The Draper Law Firm was extremely disappointing. Communication and follow-through were inconsistent, and I encountered what I would describe as a reckless disregard for fair billing practices. When I raised concerns and requested to move my case to another attorney within the firm, my request was denied — and shortly after, the firm withdrew representation after draining nearly double the original retainer. I would highly recommend seeking other representation, especially for fathers navigating custody disputes. In my opinion, this firm operates more for personal enrichment than as an advocate for your parental rights.
I am disappointed in speaking with attorney Brandi Crozier. After being referred to Draper Law Firm, I scheduled a consultation for 30 minutes with Brandi for $50.00 only to be told that she could not give me legal advice if we did not have the attorney to client relationship. She asked me before answering any of my questions if I wanted her to represent me, which I told her I am unsure at the moment. She then declined to answer any of my questions because we did not have the 'relationship'
