It was a pleasure working with Sharmine Persaud. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and informative. I was terribly upset with the SSA disability process when I met Ms. Sharmine due to being declined several times, but she kept me positive throughout the entire time. Ms. Sharmine and her staff were wonderful, and they always returned my calls and emails promptly whenever I had questions. I was extremely impressed at how quickly she was able to resolve my case.
