She is a complete narcissist POC drunk, who doesn't care about honesty and integrity. She talks down to her clients AND ABOUT SENSITIVE, PRIVATE, CONFIDENTIAL MATTERS IN THE HALLWAYS AT THE COURTHOUSE, USING CLIENTS NAMES, SO EVERYONE CAN HEAR!!!

Another terrible human being doing whatever she needs to do in order to win her cases to make yourself look good. All the while telling everybody involves it she's only got the children's or kids were kids's best interest in mind that couldn't be farther from the truth. This is a real 100% Dictionary definition of a human scumbag. Outrageously priced. The best part was her secretary or whoever wrote up all the documents that I was sent and that I've read has no idea what spellcheck is how unprofessional could you possibly be while well maintaining the lie that you're only doing this for the best interest of the children and the both party involved. Stay far far away this is an evil human being you and being you'll get charged for for F minus service with the a plus plus price.

If it were possible to give no stars for a rating, I would have done so without any hesitation. Kristy is unethical, completely lacks empathy, has been arrested multiple times for drinking and driving, and has been reprimanded 3 times and suspended 1 time. Is this really someone you want to invest your money, time, and well-being into? There are plenty of other lawyers out there who will gladly take your case. Lawyers who are honest, compassionate, caring, follow the rules and laws, and don't practice law simply for monetary purposes. Lawyers who will not stand in a court room saying why a person shouldn't have custody of their child, and then turn around and leave the court room that same day, choosing to drive drunk, potentially killing that same child she says a parent doesn't deserve to have custody of. Lawyers who don't commit adultery while representing clients for family law issues. Basically, there are plenty of other lawyers out there who will practice what they preach!

I hired Kristy Arzberger in a child visitation rights case. She was horrible to me. She complained she was not making enough money and had a family to feed. She has multiple convictions for driving under the influence and currently has another charge of DUI in court. She has been disciplined by the Iowa Supreme Court for charging clients unlawfully and financial record keeping in her practice. These are facts and not opinions.

Between the high fees for the amount of work, disorganization, bad attitude and taking months to even start my case, I would advise staying away.I would also add she was suspended by the state Bar for misrepresentation of fees. She had a good reputation and that's why I hired her. Just not sure how she got it.
