We hired Mr. Baldino on my wife's behalf, she was critically injured and he fought for her from day one, up until settlement, He is up front, honest, knowledgeable, confident, and we were extremely lucky to have him as my wife's attorney. I would highly recommend him in any of his areas of practice.
I can't recommend this law firm (and Tom Sacchetta) enough. They're top-notch professionals who are sensitive to your needs, questions, and concerns...and they're excellent at what they do. You couldn't ask for anything better.
I would caution anyone considering legal representation from Jerry Baldino’s firm. I was referred to them for a complex medical malpractice case involving a family member's failed surgery, and the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. After months of delays and endless promises, they managed to waste 18 months with vague updates and repeated excuses. Just days before the statute of limitations expired, they sent us a hastily prepared, error-riddled draft that was clearly off-the-shelf and utterly inappropriate for our case. To add insult to injury, after we finally approved the filing, we were informed that the necessary expert certification had never been secured—and their so-called “expert” turned out to be woefully inadequate. Overall, their incompetence, lack of transparency, and unprofessional handling of our case have left me deeply disappointed. I strongly advise prospective clients to steer clear of this firm.
Tom Sacchetta does not return phone calls and when he does cannot provide relevant information regarding my case. He's had a settlement check and agreement since September 2015 and as of May 2016 claims he can't get "payoffs" to complete the settlement. After consulting two other attorneys I find that this is impossible to believe. Since he won't return phone calls I'm left to filing this complaint and hope no one else has to deal with this firm.
