I never expected to find myself in need of a trial attorney's services. The circumstances of my case were very unusual and something Mr. Schwartz could have easily opted not to take. My wife and I made a purchase at a retail store and were later sued by the the company for having the credit card company do a chargeback for the defective item we purchased. Andrew worked to try to settle the dispute with the retail store, but after they refused, Andrew defended us in court and we won our case.
