Being in the throws of a lawsuit by a bank is by far one of the most stressful experiences our family has ever experienced. Jim Boatman rode the roller coaster with us. He took on our emotions and made them his own. He cared for us professionally by dealing with the ugly business side of the suit, but became a caregiver by praying with us and for us. I cannot explain the depth of courage by a lawyer to let his personal beliefs and inner thoughts be revealed in such a positive way.

I have been a Medicare provider since 2006. During a change of business location in 2010, my billing privileges were suspended due to what Medicare claimed was untimely notification of this change. Attempts to resolve this situation on my own was time consuming and unsuccessful. That's when I decided to seek legal assistance from James Boatman. They were able to reinstate my privileges without any gap in coverage within 3 months. I would highly recommend this office for Medicare related issues.

After lengthy Business litigation in NY, a confrontational expensive divorce, the last thing I every wanted to do was to speak to another lawyer. A business deal gone wrong in Florida brought me to James Boatman. He is a NO NONSENSE, CUT TO THE CHASE, TRUSTWORTHY lawyer that I will use to handle all my legal issues! He's fair but can turn into a PIT BULL when the situation calls for it. This guy is amazing!
