I met David Daugherty threw my spouse. He has worked and several different cases for my family, not because we primarily go against the law but David has more than once proven that he knows how to do his job and does it successfully that we only go to him for all our legal help. I recommend him and his office to any one of need of help.

David handled my case and did an amazing job at it.He knew exactly what he was doing in fact the first time I spoke to him on the phone I knew I was going to hire him as my attorney. A lot of confidence and very supportive.He told me the worst case scenario right from the beginning and didn't sugar coat anything.I walked into court and he already had things figured out. Thank you David for everything. I highly recommend this law firm.

The Daugherty Law Firm treated us like family. As grandparents we were awarded custody of our granddaughter. There was a trial in the Circuit Court and we got every thing we asked for. Mr. Daugherty's presentation of evidence and his direct and cross examination of the witnesses was brilliant. He will always be remembered and occupy a special place in our family. Lastly, there is no doubt that this 13 year old has been saved from an awful environment.
