Hired Law Firm

I cannot say enough poor things about this firm. Takes forever to make any headway, will bill you incessantly and I highly question their competence. I've worked with MANY firms from here to DC and Ohio. This is not a quality firm in my opinion. Avoid this firm at all costs (unless you enjoy paying for poor representation).

Hired Attorney David McKennett

David did not know the facts of the law. It hurt the case and lost it because of David's lack of understand.{para}David quoted a price to handle the case and the final bill was 33% greater.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
