We are trial lawyers known for our experience in family law. Because we also know the real-life challenges of being parents and a couple, we’re able to provide strategic legal advice on the best path through the uncertainty of divorce or family separation. Hired Attorney Michael Daugherty J.D., LL.M.

Working with Michael was, at times, challenging given his case load and his responsiveness. But, given this was a family court matter, tensions were high with our family and probably we were overly needy as to communications. We had a child we were fighting for. But in the end, we got our desired outcome thanks to his arguments. If you are looking for an attorney to fight for you 100%, pick Mike! If you need regular updates and communications, he needs to work on that. But, we would still 10000% recommend him for your family court needs!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
