I used Kevin Elder for my divorce. My divorce transpired after the loss of my job to which my salary was cut in half. I had to borrow just to pay the retainer fee and was told by Kevin that it should cover the cost. Several times I tried to get answers to questions I had and rarely if ever got a response through email. I had 4 meetings with him tops. I never called him if ever. He attended one hearing. My ex wife's attorney developed all the judgments, amendments as well as the filing. All Kevin did was review, sign and advise me to sign. During this financially stressed time in my life with the new salary and the child support I began paying, I was strapped for money. His office contacted me several times and sent bills and I kept telling them that I would pay when I could. I explained that the covid virus had me working less hours and I needed some time to come up with the funds. He withdrew from my case due to not being paid. I talked to him once in 3 months!!!
