Barber, Banaszynski & Hiatt, PSC is a law firm with an office in Louisville, KY. At this office location, there are 7 lawyers practicing bankruptcy, consumer law, business law and 17 other areas of law.
We had a very poor experience having hired Mr. Barber. In particular, Mr. Barber convinced us to drop our case as according to him, costs would get too high, however when he sent the final bill, the total came to close to maximum out-of-pocket expense for us as stipulated in our contract. Continuing the case would therefore not have resulted in considerably higher expense. Of course, because we dropped the case, it did not end up being resolved and we were left back at square 1 (or perhaps further back), and out a large amount of money. Working with Mr. Barber and his law firm has left us feeling hoodwinked, disrespected, and regretful.
