Allen saw a high conflict divorce as the perfect opportunity to incur out of proportion bills while failing to resolve abusive situations/issues. He failed to include motions for the abuser to be responsible for fees accrued when he stated his intention to do so, knowing his client would be unable to pay. I would not recommend him for a divorce, especially for someone who has spent years being abused.

No regard for relationship aftermath. Took advantage of situation and billing was astronomical. Case could have been resolved within first few months resulting in a better relationship between the parties and far less income for Mr. Allen McKee Dodd but upon recommendation of Mr. Allen McKee Dodd to continue resulted in more fees and a poor outcome. I would not recommend Allen McKee Dodd to a friend for a family law case.

Not a good choice of lawyer for a high conflict divorce. Took advantage of the situation to incur huge bills while not resolving long standing issues. Great in court but not sensitive enough for divorcing clients.

Do not recommend Allen Dodd to represent you! He will take advantage of the situation to fill his coffers with no regard to the outcome. Your situation will only become irresponsibly drawn out, more stressful, and you will have an outrageous bill to deal with. I knew him on a personal basis and can only imagine the horrors that await a stranger once he has a foothold on your life. Anyone but Allen Dodd! Any positive votes on these ratings are being fabricated by him and his clerks.

Hired Attorney

Mr Allen McKee Dodd guided me into a course of action for my divorce case that nearly put me into bankruptcy and didn’t even result in a divorce! He had 10 staff members churning my file and working on it daily for pointless motions. Never hire this man to represent you!!
