She tend's drag's the case out longer than needed,charges way to much for items such as phone calls she makes to defendant who she isn't representing then charges you without prior notice of her calls to them , she doesn't stick to personal needs of the family she represents,spent too much time going over the same matter's with little results from her,seems like she was represent the other party, then charges you for wasted time. for her rates she should have more experience.
