Chris was a very helpful and supportive attorney. He is an effective communicator and cares a lot about the outcome of his client's cases.
I regret hiring this attorney, as their services were vastly overpriced and did not deliver on their promises. They claimed their technical expertise would be crucial to my case, but it turned out the facts were cut and dry, and their involvement made no difference. The deal they secured could have easily been obtained by a public defender, saving me a lot of money. To make matters worse, they are disingenuous and exploit people’s hope of getting a better deal, taking cases they know will end up with the same outcome while making it seem like their involvement will change things—when it absolutely will not. On top of that, they were irresponsible and had terrible communication throughout the process. I would strongly caution anyone against using this firm—you're better off sticking with a public defender or going with any other attorney.
My dui case went on for a while, for 15 months, I wasn’t driving the vehicle when I was cited, though drunk, in the end all Erica could manage was a straight plain dui conviction, she said that’s the best the DA could offer. I couldn’t even get a closer to favorable judgement, she seems new, I could have gotten the same result without attorney or a public attorney.
