Hired Attorney Negin Yamini

I’m so glad I hired Negin to be my lawyer. I was facing 4 years in prison. And she got my case dismissed. I was able to keep my job and she is now working on getting rid of my arrest record. Negin was always on top of my case and constantly in contact with me. She never once let me feel like she wasn’t working on the case. I would definitely recommend her to everyone in need of a lawyer! She is very caring about her clients and very driven and determined to win! She will not let you down.

Negin Yamini is an extremely hard working and thorough attorney with a great staff. She does a very good job at keeping her clients informed and is very sincere and compassionate. She is your best shot at navigating your way through the uphill battle that is the legal system because if you're sitting in defense, it is absolutely not "innocent until proven guilty".

Ran into a snafu a few months ago with a very unreasonable whacko. I searched and consulted with many lawyers, most of which would try selling dreams of the case outcome. After talking with many lawyers about the case, Negin actually followed up with me in all aspects (before hiring her - did I have any additional questions, to responding to concerns and negotiation tactics after I hired her). Hired Attorney Negin Yamini

Negin Yamini is the third lawyer that I hired for my case. I called Ms. Yamini on Saturday. She listened to everything I had to say. Then, she spent hours in person with me on Sunday, which was the next day and the day before I was going to trial. She did in one court appearance what the 2 other lawyers could not accomplish in months. She saved me from losing my job and she saved my life. She is the best attorney in the State of California. I have never met someone like her. Extraordinary.

Will not go with anyone else, She tried to make me feel controllable since day one. But when you are being accused and harass by the police department. Its hard to relax and have the issue not cross your head. But Negin would call and follow up with the case and she will always try to make me feel better. I hired Attorney Yamini to write a response declaration when the Board of Nursing (BRN) rejected the Admin. Judge's decision. Other lawyers were busy or on vacation (Dec. 2016). Attorney Yamini worked tirelessly clearing her calendar for two weeks to meet a tight deadline. She understood the case and represented the facts accurately. Attorney Yamini is representing me with my BRN Appeal, and I could not ask for better representation. She is compassionate, thorough, and an excellent communicator.

Negin Yamini is the very definition of professionalism. I needed a motion to vacate a felony conviction. A hard case as I was told by at least 8 other lawyers that review my case before I decided to hire Ms. Yamini. While working on my case, she displayed such a passion towards my case. She worked diligently to put together and file a strong case. Losing this case would have put my whole life upside down, but thanks to Ms. Yamini and her hard work we won the case. From our initial phone call I was ready to sign anything that put her in charge of my defense. The future of my professional career was in Negin's hands and she delivered exactly what I expected. Negin was referred to my daughter by a friend at the time I had been seeking a lawyer for days for a family member that was in a situation that we really needed legal help. After speaking with her I just felt something in her voice that made me know she was the one, and her fee was affordable for our family.
