Hired Law Firm

I called Victor J Daniels, whose contact I found in a real estate attorneys list online. After explaining that all I needed was for an attorney to look at a substitution document I believe was improperly signed by the grantee instead of the grantor, he quickly told me "I don't have much expertise on this, good luck!" and immediately hang up. I say good luck to you Daniels getting any real estate business, if you don't know what a substitution is, and you use these manners with possible clients.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
