The attorney above failed to represent all clients in the Geico total loss class action for 19.5 million. The entire time while the case was being heard, I and other class members were told we would be paid $2051.98 sales tax award, and it was confirmed that my claim was valid, as were others. After waiting 2 years, I finally received a payment check, for the ridiculous amount of $6.88. I have not received the big check. What did happen was the $2051.98 checks, were sent to class members, but made out to the DEFENDANTS' and some auto repair shop Geico uses to repair their damaged cars. That was their first mistake, we were told to send it back. That's who is getting our bigger checks. There is something huge going on here between these people and it's called a con. They steal your award, with excuses and lies.
