Gary A. Dordick of Dordick Law Corporation is a plaintiff trial lawyer with more than 150 jury trials to his name. His path to the courtroom was unconventional: he went straight from high school to law school, never attending college, and put himself through a four-year night program while working in a law office—starting in the file room. After passing the bar, he opened his own practice with no employees. Today, Dordick Law Corporation has three locations and more than 66 employees, including 20 associate attorneys—among them his wife, Nava, and three of his children, Michelle, Dylan, and Taylor. Mr. Dordick has been selected to Super Lawyers for over 20 consecutive years (2005–2026) and earned his 18th Top 100 recognition in 2026. He serves on the ABOTA Los Angeles executive board and has been its president since 2025, and he is a CAALA Hall of Fame inductee and past Trial Lawyer of the Year honoree. Known for record-setting results, he has secured landmark verdicts including $125 million (Ventura, 2016), $2.15 billion (Riverside, 2023), and $900 million (Los Angeles, 2024). The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
