Gomez & Simone PC is a law firm established in 2013 with an office in Los Angeles, CA. At this office location, there are 2 lawyers practicing real estate, foreclosures/evictions, loan modifications and 35 other areas of law.

I was in the middle of a loan modification when I received an eviction notice. Unfortunately by the time I contacted the law firm it was to late to stop the eviction. The law firm continued the class action against the lender and six months later I received a call from Mr. Gomez. The loan was reinstated with a low percent rate, lower payments. They didn't give up on me or moved on to an easy case. They care about their clients

If you are looking for a competent, responsive, client-centered and professional attorney, look elsewhere. Mark Gomez is disrespectful, dishonest and not invested in helping anyone but himself… to my money. He does not care about me or the outcome of my case. He made big promises and now can’t deliver after taking thousands from me. Like clockwork, he charges me monthly to “supervise” another attorney on my case, but does not know the details of my issues. He overbills/double charges. I have to have false charges taken off nearly every month. He dodges my phone calls. He cancels appointments last minute. He/his firm make significant mistakes then lie about it to cover their tracks. He sends me emails pertaining to other cases. When I complain, he and his firm act like they’re doing me a favor by representing me. This man has no manners and no sense of decency. Stay away. There are more experienced and nicer attorneys who charge a lot less.
This office was late in responding to my inquiry which disadvantaged my ongoing case. They promised to call back and respond. When I complained about this they refused to continue work on my case which further disadvantaged my case. They did not adhere to their contract with me. Recommendation: Do not hire these people. It appears they take on a ton of clients and can’t effectively service them. I would never recommend anyone use their services.
Hired Mark for HOA case. Neighbors violated the CC&Rs, had taken over the property, were turning it into a ghetto and bringing down the property value. Mark kept overbilling me and did absolutely nothing for several months until I had to go with a new law firm and start all over again. All he did was yell at me and berate me and I had the pleasure of being charged for it. He didn’t even know anything about my case. When I asked questions about it he couldn’t answer a single question about it.
