Erika Scheideman was prolonging my divorce because she advised me that it was convenient for me to stay under my soon to be ex-husband health insurance. She used to tell me that I was reaping the benefits of staying under his health coverage. Then I realized that she was the one reaping the benefits of getting paid $2,000, $3,000, $4,000, $5,000 almost every month. Then I would tell her that I wanted to take my case in the presence of a judge so, that the matter of spousal support would be decided by a judge but she would always ignore it..."I told you that it would be better for you to stay under his health coverage". I kept telling her that I just couldn't afford to continue paying her legal fees. Because after a whole year and half, I was running out of money. I had to sale my inheritance because she was prolonging my divorce negotiations. I would say something that I didn't agree with and she said.."I think that we are not a good fit and find an attorney" every time.
