Filing for bankruptcy is not only a stressful endeavor from an emotional stand point, but can be an overwhelming task from a financial/administrative perspective. From the moment I met Charles Schneider, I knew I was in good hands. The processes employed by his staff to gather the necessary information were extremely detailed, and Charles' expertise in extracting the data that would be needed to successfully represent me was amazing. I'm very grateful that I was referred to Charles Schneider.

I feel that Mr. Schneider and his team did a good job. However I think that is many time as we had to go to court the fees were not in line with us a small consumer. For what we were charged. You would of thought that we were a large firm with money to burn.
At the initial consultation, Mr. Schneider was helpful but I was asked to complete paperwork that required information that was not available at the time. I was told to fill it in as best I could, and it would be updated at the next visit. However, at the next visit, this inaccurate information was already incorporated into my filing documents. Also, there were several spelling and grammatical errors in their correspondence; including referencing the wrong case number.
Hired this guy to do my bankruptcy before I knew it it a month went by. Went to another lawyer, and what he did in one day this guy couldn’t do it in one month.
After our initial consultation and payment, we no longer dealt with Mr. Schneider, he was always too busy. But yet when we had a question, the answer had to come from him. He cost us a small fortune in attorney and trustee fees for a Chapter 13 case, which in a year and a half we had to convert to Chapter 7(with another attorney), because we couldn't afford the weekly payments. It was a terrible experience and very costly also. He was very arrogant and condescending.
