After I separated from the military, I self-filed my own disability claim, and I was able to obtain 60%. For years I felt that I wasn’t rated properly and/or fairly. I went back-and-forth with the VA trying to increase my rating and be appropriately rated for some major service-connected disabilities that drastically changed my life. After years of wasted fighting, I finally decided that I needed help. I did my research and I found Berry Law Firm. What attracted me the most about this company was the fact that they didn’t ask for any money upfront, and they didn’t bill me once while they were fighting for me. I was only billed IF they increased my disability rating. With the help of Kacey Petit and Kathleen, they were able to increase my disability rating from 60% to 90% in just two months. They accomplished something that I spent years fighting for in only TWO months. That is absolutely insane! Ms. Crow is an exceptional attorney in an extremely challenging area of the law. I did not present, given many factors, as an easy client, but Ms. Crow accepted my case, nonetheless. And, she proceeded to proverbially knock it out of the park! She and her team are tenacious and obviously passionate about what they do in that they fully, faithfully and expertly represent those who have sworn to give their lives for our country. Communication is outstanding and expertise is second to none. Their attention-to-detail amazes me. These are often complicated cases and involve systems and scenarios that are not always "user-friendly." However, this firm is an expert in its field and that's been obvious from the very first communications. Not only did she continuously comfort and valide me and my feelings, she thoroughly reassured and encouraged me at each step of the process.
