All I ever wanted was someone to fight for me and show the VA how disruptive my service connected disabilities were to my life. I was so frustrated with the VA and my VSO representatives, I started to feel that no one cared that I was struggling every day with these symptoms. While going through a less than amicable divorce, my ex-wife used our kids as pawns and I was falsely accused of committing a crime resulting in a felony charge. Paul was there when I needed him most giving me sound guidance and thinking outside of the box while working my case. He navigated some complex scenarios and found the best route for me getting my charges dismissed with limiting my children as being collateral damage. He is very resourceful and I am truly grateful for him and would recommend him to anyone as representation.

I was working with another service organization that was moving like a herd of turtles on my case, when I found out about Berry Law. Taylor Wikum and his team cut through the nonsense; working with any government agency can be excruciatingly slow, but in about 6 months time the VA responded with a 70% disability rating and compensation. I have never written a review on anything before but this is one review that had to be written. I found out about Berry Law from a veteran that was helped by them on his claim. He gave me there contact information and told me you won't regret making the call and boy was he right. The best thing I ever did was make that phone call to them. I was medically retired from the military back in 1992 and have been fighting the VA for the last 32 years. My Case Manager Krystal K***** was just awesome. Because of her dedication to veterans and her relentless efforts I received 100% T&Prating from the VA. Not one time did she ever give up. Every denial only energized her. Her dedication to helping veterans receiving what they rightly deserve is by far second to none. I will ever be grateful for what Krystal K and for everyone at Berry Law.
