I have been fighting with the VA since 2017. In 2019, I had enough of doing it on my own, so I hired Berry Law to fight for me. I had a friend who was also in the same situation as me. He turned me to Berry Law. I live in Oklahoma. They did everything by email and phone with me. They always kept me in the loop as to what was going on. Whenever I had a question if they didn't answer the phone they would call back within the day. They got me to 100% P/T. This outcome has changed my life. I don't have to worry about finances nearly as much anymore. I am thankful for everything that they have done for me.

Hired Attorney Stephanie Costello

it has been nothing but an honor to work with Stephanie on my disability claims. Because of her tenacity and compassion to veterans she was able to leap me over the hurdle and finally get 100% disability. Stephanie helped by connecting the dots from PSTD to secondary sleep apnea. Believe me when she file a claims, Stephanie uses her legal expertise and case law. Because of Stephanie, I won my appeal with the highest court. This gave me my final 10% to reach 100 permanent disability rating. Not only that they are now a part of my connected disabilities for future treatment. Bottom line if you want to win, you’ve got to contact Stephanie she is the best. She is still fighting for me and trying to move back my disability affective dates unbelievable.
