I was referred to Joshua Yambor by a fellow attorney to help with the subrogation process at BCBS after my son was hit by a car. Joshua is one of those professionals you don't always expect to encounter but so grateful when you do. We spent pennies on the dollar in comparison so other clients, I'm sure, but at no point was our service or result indictive of that. I wanted to take some time to express my gratitude to Thomas Kroh, Senior Counsel II, and Licensed Attorney, and highly recommend, without hesitation, his firm, Berry Law, 1414 Harney St. Suite 400, Omaha, NE 68012. I am a Vietnam Navy Veteran. After being rejected by several other law firms, which apparently saw no merits in my appeals, I contacted a VA Accredited Representative at Berry Law who patiently listened to my background and forwarded the information to Thomas.
