I cannot tell you how great Berry Law is, and especially Ms. Corrina Bartels. I had contacted a number of “Veteran assistance groups”, and all promised to help. They did not even request records or to interview me. Then, I read the reviews for Berry Law, and was put in touch with my Attorney, Corrina Bartels. The entire firm, including my attorney were super responsive, investigated my case, and were invested in obtaining a favorable outcome. After a few short months, I was awarded, on the appeal that Ms. Bartels submitted, 100 % service-connected disability!!!! As my fellow Veterans know, this is a life changing experience. I would add that Ms. Bartels was as happy with the outcome of the appeal as I was and am! Plainly stated, I would give more than the 5 stars allowed. I also urge any and all veteran’s who need help in obtaining benefits that they earned by their service, to contact Berry Law. Hired Attorney David Edwin Hoeser

I have really enjoyed my experience being represented by Mr. Hoeser. I started at 70%. Mr. Hoeser was able to get me an increase to 90% and then 100% in less than a year. He is always responsive to emails and is great at explaining each next step. I have reached out to a couple of other law firms for assistance with my eye claim and was told that they could not help me with my claim because it was a congenital disorder. Berrylawfirm did not hesitate to take my case after speaking with me on my initial interview. Mr. Hoeser filed an appeal with the BVA and won my case and I was awarded 100% T&P yesterday. We have finally been approved for Permanent and Total Disability status, 100% with the perseverance and hard work of Montana Crow. Seth Chambers is very prompt at informing me of any VA actions on my case. Seth always delivers notifications of changes as soon as he receives them. When he sees issue that he feels needs to be address further by the VA, he always contact me to advises me of any action he feels is appropriate, he then gives me the final say before submitting any appeal.
