***I only selected 1 star because I had to!*** I WOULD NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY IF I WERE YOU! I have been attempting to reach someone in this office regarding a case for almost two weeks. I left message after message for April Tew and Charlene Edwards everyday since 4/6 and finally got an answer when I called again on 4/15. I kept getting answers "I think...", "It might be...", "I'm not sure" - not what I expect when I reach out to an attorney who is handling a case. Then I'm told by a Mark, "I should have called you yesterday, but, honestly, I wasn't feeling that well, but I know that's no excuse." Really!? Never again! Charlene Edwards is not the way to go.
The attorney was knowledgeable yet her personal skills were atrocious, she was rude, impolite, impatient, short, and sort of seemed to be a bully to me as her client. In short she did not act like she liked people period and again, although she seemed knowledgeable about the law she seemed unable to connect with people well and seemed to not even try. She did not seem like a nice person at all.
