Mr. Hardenbergh represented me when I was 16 in Chesterfield County for a possession of marijuana charge, to which he got me the first offenders program. A few months later, I broke parole and when I figured out I was going to have the same judge I knew I was in serious trouble. Luckily, Van got me 12 months of drug screens, $150 fine and 6 months license suspension. Given that jail time was probable, I'm very happy with the outcome. My wreckless driving ticket in Virginia ( I’m from Phila pa) was dismissed completely. In the state of Virginia if found guilty this would have been a criminal record. (76 mph in a 45). They didn’t communicate with me the whole time. Overpriced for a business that doesn’t even reply or explain to you what is going on throughout the process. When my court date came, they didn’t even reach out to me to tell me the outcome and when I reached out to them, they didn’t reply. I had to look up the court with my name to figure out what happened. Ridiculous.
