Through the recommendation of a co-worker, I contacted the Stewart Law Office to help me with my Workman Compensation situation. I've never been involved in any kind of personal lawsuit before, so I was clueless. In January 2021, I experienced the most horrifying event of my entire life. While driving on Interstate 85, an 18-wheeler merged into my lane with a car in front of me and behind me, leaving me trapped in between the 18-wheeler and a concrete barrier. During this time, there was construction going on so I had no where to go. I was hit by the 18-wheeler and crashed into the concrete barrier. The transfer forced me over the barrier which flipped my car at least 6 times. Sam Bass and his paralegal Debra were literal life savers. From filing insurance claims to settling medical bills, I never had to worry about one single thing. Although this was a traumatic time, they made everything seem so easy. I will forever recommend them and will forever be grateful for them.

I found Stewart Law office on a TV add and than looked them up on the internet and found out they would come to your home which I needed cause I broke my right hip and couldn’t drive and my husband had a stroke I broke my hip at work pilling a barrel over a thresh hall to get it out side to empty it a co worker was helping and the wheels let go and I fell hit my right side of the head and broke my right side hip that’s way I needed them and Mr Sheppard Smith was amazing and I hired unfortunately he left and than I had Marcus Spake who took over who was just professional and an amazing person so isn’t his co worker Andrea Legarda they both are amazing caring and I can’t say enough about them they make an awesome team so thankful for both of them and would recommend them to anyone unfortunately I live in New Hampshire but if I still lived in North Carolina and any one needed a lawyer I certainly would tell them about Stewart Law office and recommend them Marcus and Andrea thank you both
