Bruce Russell did an excellent job on my case my previous attorney left me sitting in jail for about two and a half months after Bruce took over he was able to get me a bond hearing and I was able to get out also the judge said the lowest possible Bond he could for me Bruce had my felony charge dropped to a misdemeanor and I had time served and basically just ended up with court cost and the fine for the misdemeanor instead of having a felony on my record thanks again Bruce you did excellent
Bruce helped me get the bill collectors off my back after I was hurt and ended up getting me a settlement after my car wreck. A big settlement that fully covered my injuries and bills. Glad I found him.
I've gone to Mr. Russell for advice on several occasions, and he has always been of great help to me. He's definitely someone I know I can rely on when I need advice on legal matters.
My soon to be ex-wife wanted me to agree to a non-contested divorce and as long as my terms were met since I was asked to leave everything we had built together she agreed to have it drawn up in the decree to sign, but not all terms were there. Mr. Russell has gone out of his way to make sure that all terms are met in a timely manner.
Makes one believe everything will work out favorable, but in reality you get bamboozled in the end. The case will get pushed back several times (mine did) and when you contact the ladies in the office(nice ladies in office) for an update. Once they finally get with him and ask. The response will be everything is going as planned and not to worry about anything. Then on your court date you think your in good hands, but it's the opposite. It appears all the negotiations happen the day of court and you actually find out the dreadful news right before you walk up in front of the judge. It was super shady and one of the sketchiest moments of my life. You would be better off representing yourself and saving the attorney fees. It will be the same outcome. Or get an attorney that is going to bat for you. I really hope this helps someone not make the same mistake I did in the future.
