We retained Mr. Kaufman for estate settlements of probate, living will and POA. All paperwork and procedures were handle in a timely manner. Mr. Kaufman was professional and efficient in his dealings with our case. I highly recommend his services.
Needed a simple document review. Upon receipt we were told 1-2 weeks. After over three weeks and several voicemails I had to decline voicemail and ask for a return call. I did finally get a call back only to be told they wouldn't have time to review our document. Why take the it in the first place if you aren't able to handle the workload? Completely unprofessional and quite frankly for an attorney not even an articulate response or apology for wasting our time. Sad.
