Deputy, Mizell & Carter, L.L.C. is a law firm with an office in Lebanon, MO. At this office location, there are 3 lawyers practicing criminal law, personal injury, workers compensation and 13 other areas of law.
A case was given to him by the court and HE failed to review any of the evidence. Because of this my brother spent 10's of thousands on lawyer fees plus the emotional distress. This would not have happened if he was competent at his job. By the way the prosecuting attorney DROPPED the case because there was NO evidence against my brother.
Carter was the GAL during my divorce. During my divorce my ex-wife was acting so unstable, angry and malicious that the judge ordered her to get a forensic psychological exam "parenting abilities". She failed it miserably. Carter was manipulated by my ex. He does not have the experience for family law, far from it. My ex was the puppet master carter was the puppet. When my ex's sister reached out to carter and explained she had grave concerns about the mother being a parent, he never got back her or anybody else. I had one initial meeting with him and he never reached out to me again. He had 7 months to contact me or anybody and he didn't, but he had no problem asking the judge for more money. I am not a disgruntled parent that didn't get my way. My ex created so much havoc and brainwashed my daughter. Stockholm syndrome. carter completely ignored the forensic exam and everything else. My daughter and i paid a dear price for him being so inept. Carter, How do you sleep at night ?
DO NOT use Micheal Carter. He totally ignored all the evidence that proves my ex wife is an abusive parent. He ignored the forensic psychological exam on parenting abilities my ex wife took that shows the mother should not be parenting, he ignored family members trying to watch out to him. He gave sole custody to a mentally ill mother but had no problem asking the judge for more money. My daughter is being ruined from the mom and he ignored the truth, he was to worried about running for office instead. How do you sleep at night
