In my opinion Mr Harsh is a horrible lawyer. He was appointed to be my sons( a minor) public defender over 2 years ago. We have not seen any progress in my sons case nor does Mr Harsh inform us of anything happening in the case. My son sits in a juvenile facility waiting. Meanwhile they take my son to court but he doesn't know why or whats happening just for them to return him to the facility so he can wait for his lawyer to explain things but that never happens.
