Hired Law Firm

Do not choose this firm to represent you! I’m writing this review to hopefully save the next person looking for an attorney from experiencing the nightmare I have endured after hiring this firm. This firm, Jerry A. Daniels, will immediately place a lien on your property behind your back while you are still asking questions about the over-charges, charges for documents not received, charges for services not asked for, and double charges. The attorney’s lien was filed less than 30 days from the last bill date. Russell Taylor, has very little experience as an attorney. His inexperience was so blatantly obvious during negotiations on child support. He used bullying tactics to convince me to lower the child support amount set by the state so we could come to an agreement the night before court. He was so nervous about going in front of a judge, so he bullied me into agreeing to a lesser amount for my children. After that experience, I fired Russell Taylor.
