Legal Rights Advocates Law Firm, PLLC is a law firm established in 2013 with an office in Lawrence, MA. At this office location, there is 1 lawyer practicing personal injury, criminal, workers compensation and 17 other areas of law.
Well I had Scott F. Bocchio, Esq. as my ssd lawyer up untill today when his office called me to let me know they will no longer represent me. The best part is they dropped me a month before my court hearing. Since the judge presiding over my case only has a 45% approval rating I was no longer worth it as a client. Now I have to scramble to find a new lawyer in less then a month. I would not recommend them ever after something like this. I only ever talked to a person in the office and never with the lawyer ( Scott F. Bocchio, Esq.)
I found this atty practice to be unprofessional and I did their work. When I hired them I was told they would review all my paperwork /answers to be sure correct wording would be used and my answers clear. They just turned my paperwork in. I didn't need them to just send in my own paperwork. They were supposed to call Social Security numerous times and they never could get through. Funny because I got through everytime I called. They were supposed to be the buffer between me and Social Security I ended up answering all questions, interviews by myself. Basically they didn't do a dang thing and I think there is something way off about the practice. I am sorry I hired them for me to do my own work.
Was led on for over a year. Never heard back from them regarding my social security case............
The lawyer did a good job listening to our situation and informing us of the next steps we needed to take, warm and compassionate but very professional. Would definitely call again and consider hiring if our situation required a lawyer.
I think people are asked to make these reviews by this company! they have to be, because this company is one of the worst law firms ever! Please avoid this law firm at all cost. I wouldn't give it a star but I had to to write this review! They are lazy, not knowledgeable to anything, and you have to do all the leg work yourself. It's like you don"t have an attorney and more like you are representing yourself. They do nothing and get paid like they really have done something! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
