Most of the reviews here are fabricated. Most certainly the one that was supposedly posted by a judge. Judges don't post reviews, it's unethical. Ms. Tabano gets her clients with low retainer fees and tough talk. Subsequently the invoices pileup as the case moves at a snails pace. Then you begin to realize she's not a good attorney, she's just disagreeable. When you question her strategy, she becomes defensive and unresponsive. Then, tens of thousands of dollars lateryou wish you never retained her. This is a real review.
Maria, at the end of the day is self serving. I felt bullied during the entire time I hired her and not listened to at all. In the time I hired her, I wasted $15k and nothing was accomplished in my case. Literally nothing but a huge bill and more headaches at the end of the day. She made me sign a release under duress and left me stranded at the court house to represent myself.
