Hired Attorney Roger Goff

Roger is a fabulous IP attorney who took on my case with New Century Mortgage - they went bankrupt and then demanded $$s back from those vendors who had been paid w/in the last 90 days of the company's existence. Totally legal, but had I had to pay the full amount asked, would have driven me into personal bankruptcy as a sole proprietor.

Retained to update By Laws and the result were substandard. The By Laws were so bad they had to be removed from the Ballot for voting.

Hired Attorney Michael Wolf (A Professional Corporation)

The principal partner Mike Wolf, is signed to a letter stating "mere incidental use" of property for commercial purposes does not violate "Mandatory Prohibitive Use Rules and Regulations" and Board Resolution #14-09, to remove a commercial vehicle used in material support of TEEN PORN Production on www. TEACHER F*CKS TEENS.com or Bad TEENS Punished .com as well as a host of other website too vulgar to write. This man's legal services comes with a stigma, be warned.

In one of our hoa they were our lawyers and they were arrogant to all and pushed lawsuit rather than negotiation and lost at least 4 times so members lost value on their property and ended up with higher fees. We got rid of them after that. Another hoa now seeing same conduct. Members don't want to waste money in larger complexes and their style doesn't fit because lawsuits hurt associations and banks don't like to lend .
