Sklar Williams PLLC was organized to represent the business interests of local, national, and multi-national companies doing business in Nevada. The firm has chosen to restrict its practice to transactional and commercial matters to enhance our ability to provide exceptional and efficient legal services. Our clients include many leading business concerns from a variety of industries. The firm is comprised of outstanding and experienced attorneys with expertise in a broad range of areas. Our attorneys strive to offer practical and creative solutions to our clients' legal problems.

Our firm eschews the trend of continuously expanding law firms seeking to furnish advice to clients in all facets of business and the law; we believe that we can best meet our clients' needs and provide the personal responsiveness and attention required in the small "boutique" setting that Sklar Williams offers. Although all of our attorneys previously practiced in large law firms in Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and New York, we have determined to maintain our firm as a "boutique" law practice to ensure that our clients receive responsive, excellent, and cost-effective service and legal representation.

Hired Attorney David B. Barney

I was referred to David by a close friend whom I trust. What I liked most about my experience with David was that he communicated directly with me and did not go through a secretary. The second thing, was that he handled the case in a very timely manner. I have hired attorneys in the past that seemed to drag out the cases. David was very professional, was easy to communicate with and I would not think twice about hiring him again, should the need arise in the future.

Hired Attorney David B. Barney

David is an extremely bright, responsive and professional attorney. He helped me regain my Medicare and Medicaid billing privileges, as I was facing a 3 year ban due to an unavoidable error on my application. His work is thorough, meticulous, and of the highest quality. His communication with me from the beginning to the end of my case was excellent. He gave honest feedback about how my case was progressing and was always available when I needed to contact him. I would definitely turn to David again if I had to!

Hired Attorney Johnathon Fayeghi

Amazing attorney with exceptional judgment, character, and accountability. He is very quick to respond to critical situations and I felt confident and safe with his representation. He is taking care of medical legal aspects regarding healthcare contracts. He exemplifies excellent judgement and is a person of high moral character. Hired Attorney Alan C. Sklar

We had heard that Alan did a lot of work for Israeli concerns doing business in the US, so I contacted him. He was great. He is so smart and experienced and spent a lot of time with me (some of which was not billed!). He did a superb job for me in establishing my company's JV in the States. There were 3 parties involved and from the start it was clear that my company was the best represented. Later, 1 of the other companies hired him, explaining: "it's nice to have the smartest guy in the room."

Crane is an extremely professional and knowledgeable attorney. Hired Attorney Alan C. Sklar

I have been informed that this is the best firm for contract issues and if you ever need to go to court. However I once needed just some advice from a legal stand point, and I had prepared some papers for Alan's review. He took a long time to return my calls to set a meeting, and when we met he didn't even have the copy of the papers I had walked into his office. I also didn't like that it seemed he was plotting ways to keep the meeting a certain time(1 hr). I didn't even receive anymore info
