In the earlier years of his law practice, Mr. Johnson engaged in business and personal litigation matters, Bankruptcy and Entertainment Law (both as Entertainment Lawyer and as an Artist Manager). For many years, Mr. Johnson’s primary focus has been in the areas of Trusts, Personal and Business Asset Protection Planning, Estate Planning, Business and Real Estate transactions. During his many years of practicing law, Mr. Johnson has established numerous Estate & Asset Protection plans, he has formed and advised numerous Corporations, Limited Liability Companies and other business entities and has successfully navigated through numerous business and real estate transactions. Mr. Johnson’s vast range of experiences have served to shape him into an experienced attorney with a unique ability to analyze situations, to foresee potential issues and problems and to carefully plan to provide the most protective and advantageous estate plans, asset protection plans and business transactions for his clients. For many years, RDJ LAW has not spent any efforts on advertising, as our clients come primarily from referrals from our many satisfied clients. Mr. Johnson was able to resolve in issue with title to rental we have owned for many years. Our attorney could not get the job done and a friend referred Robert Johnson and it was handled inexpensively and immediately. I will only use Mr. Johnson here forward. I recommend he and his staff highly.
