Used Reza Athari & Associate and I would highly recommend their service. There were prompt to answer my question with accurate information. My attorney was able to meet in-person when I need it to disccused the case and they were on top of my case. I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Lesley Cohen and Patricia. They are very personable. I felt very comfortable with them both.
Reza doesn't review the case of his client. The firm just collect your money and pass your case to one of his associates with no immigration case experienced. I would suggestion search and ask . Don't go to this firm.
I have no doubt that Mr. Reza Athari and Mr. James Mills were competent professionals at some point. Their law firm is currently a case study in disorganization, lack of attention to detail, and unprofessionalism. They made constant errors in critical documents, and failed to handle urgent matters on time. I had to review everything myself and even communicate directly with the Embassy due to their incompetence. I highly recommend finding alternative, competent legal representation. - No tengo dudas de que el Sr. Reza Athari y el Sr. James Mills fueron profesionales competentes en algún momento. He has 2.5 stars in YELP go look! DISGUSTED by this lawyer and his staff complete lack of professionalism and horrid service. The incompetence is beyond me, not only did they not send any email/mail notification of a very important appointment I needed to be at, but also had the audacity to lie about speaking to "someone" who answered my phone about the matter. And what's worst the lawyer THREATENED ME, when I respectfully stated, "I understand this is not your fault, but I am very upset at the lack of communication, incompetence and lack of responsibility from your staff to let me know about such an important matter". To which REZA raised his voice at me and THREATENED me saying, "If you dare do anything about this, I will take you to court and because there is a piece of paper in writing stating we called you and left a voicemail, you will loose!" Like I am beyond baffled at that response from a lawyer that is charging thousands for a simple process. Save your time and money and RUN.
when i called they said they offer free consultation& he takes his time in it to talk withh me,but when i went &was about to ask my first question he stopped me with a gesture of his hand &said" u can't ask questions if u need to ask u must pay 800 $"i was shocked & told him i thought this was a consultation he said " this is to listen to ur case&tell u how much we charge" -all my friends told me he charges 4 times others &there's no such thing as consultation without questions..terrible service
he will get your money without the service that he promises you. he is not available to you at all after he get fully paid. the attorney in your case will change 1000 time so each time you have to start all over. no one knows your name because your not in there database so they will ask your name 1000 on the phone because your not in their system and if you complain about it you will get sued for complaining. If you comment as I'm doing now you will get sued for leaving comment on the web sites
