Nevada Defense Group is a law firm with an office in Las Vegas, NV. At this office location, there are 6 lawyers practicing criminal defense, domestic violence, dui & dwi and 11 other areas of law.
They are very aggressive in collecting their fee. They miss court dates and you're out thousands of dollars and have the same bad criminal record you were trying to avoid by hiring an attorney. What a waste of time and money!
Working with Mr Sheets and Paralegal, Brandon was the worst experience of my life. Communication was nonexistent. I was not contacted about my case or court dates and due to that, I was arrested and spent over a week in jail. When asked, they could not present me with the date(s) they supposedly contacted me or how (via e mail, phone, mail, etc.) When my boyfriend called them to get me out of jail, they tried to make him pay MORE money even though the retainer was paid in full. I was adamant that I wanted to fight the charge from the first time I spoke with them yet all they could provide me with was to plead guilty so I could get out of jail, even though had they done their job I would not have been in CCDC to begin with.
