Mr. Miley is very thorough and straightforward in explaining what my options were. He is very easy to communicate with as well. Mr. Miley seems to genuinely care about what is best for his clients. This was my first time getting a lawyer. So I took my time calling a few asked a bunch of questions. Miley was real professional and real friendly. It was an easy choice to have Miley do my case. The money was comparable to the other lawyers. I would recommend Miley to other people that are looking for a lawyer.

Very happy with services. Pam the secretary is very efficient and pleasant to deal with. Mr. Miley knows his stuff and you can tell compared to other attorneys the experience he has. Will definitely use again if ever needed but hopefully not!

they let me know what could go wrong but were there for me all the way. Ms Ross was excellent. I would use her directly again if need be.

In the end, the judge found in my favor; however, getting there was not a positive experience. The representative from the firm that was handling my case did not have all the facts right. Also, she did not return my phone calls even after leaving 3 on one day & then 2 more the next. I eventually drove there (about 20 miles-one way) just to get someone to answer a question I had about the case. I only stayed with them because of the deposit I had already given them.

When a client tells of 2 witnesses that will help to clear his/her name, at least TALK to the witnesses. Mr. Miley refused to talk to the witnesses. He was lining me up for likely jail time when I had committed no crime.
