I hired Dan Marks for a family law matter. He failed to represent me properly or protect my interests. I regret hiring him to represent me. I think virtually any other lawyer would've been better at representing me.

I regret hiring Dan Marks as a lawyer. What a loser, what a bad lawyer. I lost on the simplest, easiest things. Hiring him or trusting him was a complete mistake.

Dan Marks was incompetent and worthless in representing my interests. I truly regret hiring him. It was because of his failures, lack of effort, and incompetence that I lost 100% on almost every single point, when I deserved to win at least 50% by law. Dan Marks is shameless, incompetent, and worthless. I actually would've been better off representing my own self.

This firm is nothing but incompetent from the bottom up I hired Adam Levine for a wrongful termination suit. We had the proper proof of documentation and witnesses to boot! How can you lose a full proof case? Very simple, you question their inability on handling the case and they lose your case on purpose and were in collusion with the state attorney Charles Mackey. Being that he saved them a costly lawsuit they did him a favor and did nothing in the investigation when I reported them to the state bar and Phillip Patee exonerated them. Daniel Marks likes to hear himself talk and Adam Levine has delusions of grandeur when he opens his mouth. These folks are corrupt and do not have your best interests at heart. When they purposely lost my case, they had the audacity to present me with a contingency plan where they get everything and I got zero, pretty much an offer I had to refuse. There was no way Levine should’ve lost this case. Stay away from this firm at all cost.

DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN! He failed to represent me in Federal Court. He single handedly ruined a 6 year EEOC battle by showing up to Federal Court unprepared and without my EEOC file which had already determined my employer had retaliated against me. Avoid this man at all costs!

I hired Mr. Adam Levine who does all the subcontracted legal for the CCSDPD, ESEA and other labor unions. He and Mr. Okasaki, Frank Flaregty conspired to defraud my in the worst possible imaginable. It turns out these employment groups and their subcontracted attorneys are running an Federal Emolyment Labor Racketeering scheme out of the Collective Bargaining Agreement. They have stolen millions of dollars with the fraudulent scheme both from the tax payer and unions.
