Three of my siblings and myself hired this firm to represent us in contesting a will. We had consulted with other firms but chose Daniel Marks because he was a seasoned lawyer and he believed we had a good case. Teletha Zupan, his associate, handled most of the litigation, and she was not only very bright but also very compassionate to the sensitivity of our case. We were extremely pleased with the outcome of our case, the only thing we regret is not having a reason to regularly talk with Teletha now that our case is over!!

Adam Levine is an amazing employment attorney. He came to my case late, a week before an EEOC Mediation, but had a complete command of the time-line and issues. He's that smart. His billing is extremely fair. I have no doubt that I received the settlement I did in a short time because he was my lawyer. He is tops!

Mr. Marks is a wealth of information. He is realistic in his expectations for a case, well respected and easy to work with.

No communication. In 16 months, I have spoke to him 3-4times. Sent numerous emails, with no responses to them. He always acts like he is 100mph on the phone. If you are depending on your career with him, don’t do it. They ‘misdated’ my NV Supreme Court case so it had to be dropped according to him. A year wasted. Now he doesn’t return emails good luck.

Dan Marks is an awful and incompetent lawyer. I wish I had never hired him. He was incompetent and unprepared, while charging me a lot of money. What a sad mistake, and what a waste of money to have this guy as my lawyer.
