Carrie excels at being very well prepared. Her attention to detail is what differentiates her form her competition. She is very aggressive when required and reserved when needed. She shoots straight and does not give you a bunch of bull. She handles your case personally and does not give it to her assistants to handle. She is not your typical Las Vegas attorney, she gets the job done when she says it will be done.

I Hired her 4 months before trial. I had all my documents organized and the numbers outlined in excel sheets. I called her numerous times to get together to make sure we are on the same page. I asked 3 times for a bill update and to stop when we reached my 5k retainer. That never happened. She MISSED A HUGE COURT DATE! & until 5 days prior to finally get a hold of me and try to settle. When it came to court, she had me on the stand asking me the SAME question over and over “do you see a payment from him this month” The obvious answer was no, he never paid. Then took a break forcing me to settle, without my ex ever getting on the stand. She wasted so much time,Her papers she brought was scribbled and unorganized. She was texted me til 2am the night before asking questions when she should’ve been prepared way sooner. She surprised me with a huge bill at the end & after lowered it due to her missing a court date, she charged me a

Hired Attorney Carrie E. Hurtik

I hired Ms. Hurtik to produce 3 simple corporate documents. She charged $2,000 up front, and said the work would take her three days. It's been nearly four months. She's keeping the fee, but has produced nothing. She claimed weeks ago--in one of two terse emails constituting the entirety of her communication since getting the money--that she's "almost finished." Now she won't respond to emails or phone calls, or return fee. This is fraud. Are those 100% 5-star reviews legit? I doubt it.
